How One Positive Word Can Change Someone’s Life!

We are so focused on our daily lives, with our daily routines and obligations, that we forget that we actually live in a society, with people!!

Of course, this is no selfish act on our part, we are just wrapped up in our “world”, that sometimes the rest seems invisible.

It’s time for us to raise our heads and the what’s happening around us, share a bit of happiness and empathy with the rest of the world!

It’s time to ask “how are you?” like we mean it!!

I became aware of this, one day when I was doing a heart exam. I just stopped smoking 15 days before this exam, So, when the doctor asked me why I was having this exam I explained that I’d just quit smoking because of a clot, my doctor was trying to find out the origin of that clot. The amazing part of this episode was that, while all my family was saying that I would continue with that addition, this doctor, that I’ve never met before, told me this: I already see you as a non-smoker!

I lost my father when I was 21 years old, and somehow it seemed that those words were a sweet message from my father!

Until today I remember these words, from someone that said I believe in you, you can do this!

So, imagine the change you can make in someone else’s life, just with a kind word, with a smile, with a word of trust and encouragement!

It is true when we say that we can change each other’s lives!

Look to all the people that you encounter every day, going to work, at a coffee, at a restaurant, and take time to get to meet them, make a positive change in their lives, and you will be surprised by the positive impact that they are bringing to your life as well!

Sometimes we are aiming so high, that we forget the look straight ahead, and we end up missing amazing opportunities of happy moments!

Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for aiming high, dreaming big, creating high goals! The view from the top is just wonderful. What I’m asking you to do is to be more alert of your surroundings. You’ll realise that you are already happy, you have all the things you need right now to feel and experience happiness on a daily basis!

1.Stay away from drama

Where drama stays you don’t!

All of that horrible gossip, negative conversations, criticism, you don’t need it in your life! Make sure to stay away from people that have that kind of posture in their lives.

2.Have goals

Among your high goals, at long terms, create daily goals, small goals, like how many times you go to the gym per week, increasing difficulty in a workout, etc. Challenge yourself!

3.Enjoy the little things

Take the time to understand that you have so much to be thankful for! Be grateful for all that you have, for all that you are. Make sure that your loved ones know how much you love them, spend quality time with them. Learn how to bread properly, the benefits that it brings. Appreciate the local history, the local food, the habits, embrace your life!

4.Be positive

What you think is what you attract. Think positive, dream positive, visualize every situation with a positive outcome!

You will be amazed at how the universe will surprise you!

Make it a habit, try again, every time it is required, bring a smile into your life!

5.Be proud of yourself

Look how far you came! See all the obstacles that you overcame with excellence! How much you’ve learned and grown, through every storm you crossed! Your inner strength made you who you are, and you are amazing!

How to Improve Your Day

Step 1. First thought every morning

Think to yourself every morning: “Today is an amazing day” and physically feel it, just like you would if it was your birthday or the New Year’s Eve!

Step 2. Be persistent

Throughout the day keep reminding yourself, even when you have setbacks or obstacles. Keep feeling it. Your mind will be calmer, and you’ll have the ability to resolve everything with the right mindset.

Step 3. Make it a mantra

How to Start Over on a Positive Note

To start over… just by thinking about it, it makes us want to run, right?

We worked so hard, we invested so much time and emotions to get where we were, and suddenly it’s over. This is hard, regardless of the area of our life that we are dealing with this situation.

And then come the questions from everybody and we don’t feel like talking about it. We are just trying to figure it out ourselves. What happened? How did I get here and so on..it is a mess!

First of all, keep in mind that this is just your current situation, not the final one. You are moving on!

Find a good friend. Talk about, cry about it and then shake it off!!

It’s time for you to start over, stronger, wiser, smarter, you know you deserve more, so go for it!!

A positive mindset is the way to go. Start by analysing what is it that you want to change in that particular area of your life, and that is regarding you and others. Make those changes and look for something that will only add to your life!

When we are looking for different outcomes, we must start by taking different actions than before, right?

I do it! Don’t over-think it, just do it, because you can!

The most important message that I want to give you is that starting over is a good thing!

I know that it means a breakup, ending of secure situation, the ending of a safe place or person. Look at it this way, you’re getting new chances in your life, new situations, new people, new lines of thinking, new ways of living life, new opportunities of being even better than you were before!

Trust the process, if there are new beginnings in your life it’s for an even better life than you expected!

Every morning when I wake up, the first thing I do before getting out of bed, I grab my positive affirmations list.

I made a small book with all my positive affirmations. So, I started a routine, made it a habit, and I read my boost affirmations and, let me tell you, it works!

I gained a totally different vibe, my confidence level is always high, no matter the surrounding mood, I’m at peace, I know that every day is going to be amazing, I know it in my heart, I’m aware of my daily challenges, but I’m also very much aware of my capacities to overcome them. I know my routines, I visualize my entire day in my mind, and I immediately feel great!

This habit can be life-changing. Imagine that you’re dealing with grumpy people all day, but it has no impact on you, it doesn’t affect you, because of your positive mindset, all of your positive affirmations are dancing in your mind, and you are happy!

This has enormous power. You know you have the confidence, you are capable, you are able to achieve whatever your mind wants and dreams about.

How to overcome a Breakup

Now that you’ve done all you crying, had your best friend’s shoulder to lean on, now that you’ve had that self-pity moment that we all are entitled to after any kind of lost, it’s time to move on!

1.Mindset

Most important step. You deserve happiness, it’s your birthright, so you’re going to achieve it! You deserve true and unconditional love. You deserve to love and be loved. You are an amazing person, that treats people with kindness and respect and, deserves to be treated the same way. You are a fighter!

2. Focus on you

Heal your wounds. Take time to nurture your self-esteem, make sure to let go of all your sadness, that your heart is becoming lighter every day. A good friend is gold, so you know that it’s okay to open your heart to them. Don’t allow bitterness inside you.

3. You attract what you think

 If you still have you’re ex in your mind, that is exactly the type of person you’re going to attract into your life.

Learn to let go, understand that you must act differently than before, so you have a different result, right?

The only reason your ex is still in your life is because of you because you allow it. He or she has actually moved on. Still, you’re giving him or her power. Stop thinking about it, and you will take them that power, you gain control of your love life!

4. Seek what you deserve

How to leave your fears behind

Picture this:

You and a 10-year-old child are going on a roller coaster ride.

You’re in line waiting for your turn, but you’re with a totally different mindset. This 10-year-old child is absolutely excited with this experience, for him it’s an amazing adventure, with high adrenaline, he is just thrilled. You are on the opposite side! All you’re thinking about is what if….. a zillion negative thoughts are running through your mind, are you are just panicking.

You’re both finally riding the roller coaster, but while this child is having the time of his life, you are so scared that you’re missing out this experience, this adventure. Why does this happen? Irrational fear takes over!

Have you ever took the time to think about what have you been missing out on, just because you let irrational fear take over your life?

So, it’s time to change!

Baby steps lead to a great journey. You can do this!

How?

With these steps:

1.Mindset

When fear takes over our minds, we feel numb, unable to react. So, you need to make this effort to gain control of your thoughts, of your mind. When we start to train our mind into positive thoughts only when we do this consistently, it’s like we’re feeling this amazing energy running all over our bodies, we gain life. We set new goals, overcome obstacles, and start living again. The numbness is gone.

2. Goal

Nothing like setting new purposes, new goals, to engage ourselves into a new journey. That one thing that is going to add so much joy in your life, something to be excited about.

3. Strategy

After setting a goal, make a list of things to do to get you there.

Have a strategy. Write down in order. This list must make sense to you. When you write it down, you’re creating steps to reach your goal, and as you achieve each step, it’s a victory that will give a boost to carry on with even more enthusiasm. When you visualize it the effect is even greater.

4. Don’t overthink

Once you’ve set your goals, your strategy, everything makes sense, it’s achievable, just do it. Don’t let irrational fear get in the way. You are not allowed to be second-guessing or start having doubts. Trust yourself, your intuition. It’s very important to have feedback, but only from someone that you absolutely trust, that loves you, that gives you a straight honest opinion, otherwise, keep it to yourself. Learn to trust your intuition. You’ve got this!

5. Improve yourself

Do your homework to achieve your goal. Study, practice, learn, re-adjust, go through everything to get it done.

Be persistent, if you don’t make it at first, try again, overcome, try through another way, be resilient, challenge yourself, stay focused, and, most of all, always keep in mind and in your heart: you deserve all the success in the world!
