Now that you’ve gathered all the information, you can start making your grocery list. This way you’ll know exactly what you need to get from the grocery store and you won’t over buy. Making these lists will help you save money.

  1. I’ve actually had to start meal planning or my budget, and I can tell you it foes save! I went from spending $150 a week in groceries to a little over $100. Almost $50 a week spent entirely on impulse buys, most of which were vegetables I never used and ended up rotting in my fridge.
